Hillside Village located in Glidden, WI is a subsidized housing community especially designed for those 18 to 100+ and we are currently accepting applications for 1 bedroom apartments. Because this is a subsidized apartment community there are income limits to qualify for housing. For example a single person household must make less than $38,000 for their gross annual income.

Per our Resident Selection Criteria we can house between 1 - 3 people per apartment. If you do qualify for housing at Hillside Village your rent will be based on 30% of your adjusted gross income. We do conduct background checks that includes, but is not limited to, credit, sex offender and criminal background checks.
The only thing better than the beautiful northwoods location of this one bedroom apartment community is the warm, friendly atmosphere inside. This apartment community features spacious apartment homes with dishwashers, ample storage, indoor mail service, planned social activities and an updated community room with kitchen and patio area.
All utilities are included in your rent except for cable television. Small pets are welcome. Rental assistance is available. Hillside Village also has an easily accessible helpful team that cares for the property with an on-site manager's office and an experienced full-time Maintenance Specialist as well.
