This vintage sewing machine is the White brand, and it sits on a cast iron base wood table. It does lift off of the table; some people use the table alone for a desk or display table. Two drawers and one wood turn out tray operate fine. One drawer contains many tools or devices used on machines. They are interesting but I don't know what they do. This is not electric. Sorry--I don't know if the treadle would operate the machine or not. The table had been restored by my uncle, and this had been a display piece. Note the wood inlay work on the cover. The pictures show how interesting the machine and table are.
