Batman and The Atom team-up as a computer glitch causes computer malfunctions across the country and Batman investigates along with Ray Palmer, but can't find hard evidence. Instead, criminal charges are filed against Ray Palmer and Bruce Wayne after they have apparently made illegal transactions, forcing the heroes to use their secret identities to find the responsible behind the setup who is a phony Secret Agent
176 -Jul. 1981 - GD/VG (water stains on back cover). Batman and Swamp Thing: "The Delta Comnnection"! by Martin Pasko and Adrienne Roy sees Batman and tracking a Murderer to the swamps of Louisiana--where a female Ghost appears to Swamp Thing! Nemesis stars in "Endgame!" by Cary Burkett and Dan Speigle as he solves a murder in a London Playhouse!
178 - Sep. 1981 - GD (vertical front cover crease) - "Paperchase!" by Alan Brennert, Adrienne Roy and John Costanza, Creeper: "Paperchase!" Batman and The Creeper take on a bizarre paper creature named Oragami! Nemesis story where he takes on the Criminal organization named The Council!!
