The Rogues Gallery convenes to mourn the passing of a colleague, but which villain has died? “All Creatures Great and Small!” by Denny O'Neil, Mike Grell and Tex Blaisdell sees The Ravagers from space spray an Indian valley with dust that causes a size reversal in the animals there, i.e. giant flies and miniature elephants, giving Hal Jordan a real headache! There’s also a fan letter from Scott Gibson, who went onto become a comic Illustrator!
243 – Aug. 1976! “If I Can't Rob Central City, Nobody Can!” by the same team, as The Flash and The Rogue’s Gallery find out The Top has died, but not before planting bombs throughout Central City! They all go out to find the six bombs or Central City will be destroyed! “Dust of the Earth!” by O'Neil, Grell and Inks by Terry Austin! Hal’s encounter with the Ravagers gets worse, as they de-evolve Green Lantern into an ape!!
