Simply Vera Vera Wang purse. It does have marks on the inside lining, some wear to the strap and trim, and minor tiny light marks to the front. Please see all pictures. It measures 10.5" high and 12.25" at the widest point. It features one small outer zip compartment, one large main zip compartment, another smaller zip compartment off the main one, and two divided pockets.
