Rare Vintage Dorothy Gray Golden Brass Toned Picture Hat Powder Compact. This compact dates to the 1940's. The top has the look of a woman's broad brimmed straw hat & is very unique. The "hat" has an engine turned circular design & the "Dorothy Gray" name is engraved bottom center. The compact opens by pressing a bar to release the latch. The mirror is in good condition. There is original powder in the well and the well cover is has good working latch.
Original puff is present. Compact measures approx. 3.25 inches in diameter and in overall good condition.
