This insulation is ideal for under concrete floors or foundation walls. EPS insulation retains r-value better than XPS (pink foam). A must with radiant in-floor heat.
28 sheet minimum order of the 2.3"x4'x8' 25psi , delivery and installation available. $39 per sheet, no minimum with ICF order.
Thermo-Snap 2.5" thick R10 EPS panels 4'x4'. PEX tubing snaps in place for easy installation $1.12 to $1.38 sf.
16 psi 100% recycled 2.5”x4’x4’ $18 25 psi 2.5”x4’x4’ $22

Other insulation and ICFs are available, by quote. Custom EPS; board foot price 1# 32¢, 1.5# 45¢, 2# 60¢ Must be in sheets of 30" thick increments such as 15 sheets at 2" thick.
