There's a natural opening,so it will be easy to put a driveway in without even cutting down hardly any live trees there's a few dead trees for instant firewood there's a fence on two sides already and good neighbors and a former horse farm on one other side you can mail the trees fill up your house or shop thank you very much like consider a little less for a nearby neighbor but I don't want to sell to anybody who's just going to flip it I can do that myself sorry if I don't get any offers close to this I'm going to put a driveway and shed and run power in there and mark off what I already see is a best spot for a house in garage and put a 12x12 tool storage shed which are allowed to do beforehand onto the property maybe put a fence around the other two sides too I might even keep it for myself so I don't want to give it away thank you for understanding it's only about a mile from Big round lake busse landing or sun and Snow road if you know someone down there. Again no flippers please. Maybe someone who has a meal can work out something if I can have some of the wood there's a lot of trees need to be cut down anyway otherwise are just going to ride or fall on the buildings later it's a lot of will take professionals to take down is there so big so the weekend warrior won't be able to take a lot of them down just to let you know
I also have a ton of firewood and a lot of furniture varied mostly oak of course but some pine quite a bit of cherry older I got too much to list and this ad and maybe a Chevy 350 handicap school bus with a lot of new things on it it runs it runs great it needs a couple three things fixed on it which I'm going to try to do a spring not real major though
