I have a new in the box greenworks chainsaw with a parts saw, 2 batteries and a charger. It did work good, but i had an issue with the chain jumping the bar. The new one is a warrentied replacement from Greenworks. I'm satisfied with the ease of working with them, but I didn't like them treating me like I was stupid. I just want to break even on my investment.
