Pork- $50 to butcher, $0.90/pound cut, wrap, and freeze for vacuum sealed cuts and plastic tubed ground product. $0.80/pound curing/smoking, $0.60/pound slicing, $0.85/pound Breakfast and Italian sausage, $2.15/pound for fresh bratwurst.
