We are seeking:
-Experienced Carpenters ONLY.
-Someone to fill a “Lead Carpenter” role and can lead other employees.
-Someone who has strong attendance, work ethic, mechanical aptitude, professionalism, listening skills, problem solving skills, and communication skills.
Job Role/Duties:
-Lay out work for other employees
-Install doors, windows, siding, cabinets, trimwork and finished materials
-Install roofing
-Frame structures, build decks, garages, and houses
-Perform remodel construction jobs
-Perform detailed finish carpentry
-Manage tools, and materials
-Communicate with the the boss how the job is going
-Run the job at times
Job Details:
-Starting hourly wage is negotiable upon hire.
-Full time employment (40-45 hours per week).
-Work schedule: M-F 7:30am - 4:30pm
-Daily incentive bonuses.
-5 paid holidays per year.
-More vacation time and a retirement plan after 1 year of employment with us.
-Room for growth based on performance.
-No tools required besides a tool belt with basic carpenter hand tools; all other tools are provided.
-We take on work within a 1-hour radius from Rhinelander but usually work 40 minutes away or less from Rhinelander.
-We specialize in residential new construction / remodeling.
