We are a small family looking for a small 2-3 bedroom lake cabin in Northern Wisconsin to make some family memories, fish, explore and unplug. We are hoping to find something on a small lake or river or a place with deeded access. Would like to find something for under $160k.
If you are considering selling we may be able to strike a deal and SAVE on Realtor fees... all we really need is two Real Estate Attorneys to close the deal.
