The saw is actually decent and when it was running ( , , , , then again, now that I think about it ANY saw is decent when it's running). It did a good job but it was getting stubborn to start before I retired it. It probably needs carb work and a tune-up. Currently, it has been sitting for 5 years but turns over well and has compression.
I just treated myself to a new saw back then with the intention of tearing it apart and fixing it up but it has been sitting and staring at me for the past 5 years. I guess I don't really need two chain saws.
