For rent is our log home on beautiful, sandy Island Lake in Barnes, WI. Island Lake is approximately 60 acres, and over 50' deep. It's large enough for skiing and tubing, but small enough that it doesn't have the heavy boat traffic of a larger lake. The beach and swimming area are pure sugar sand. There is a picnic table near the beach, and also a table and six chairs on the deck overlooking the lake, the perfect place for an evening cocktail or game of cards.
This home is perfect for year-round recreation, being located directly on the snowmobile/ ATV trail and featuring a trailer-friendly circle drive - no difficult late-night trailer backing required! Home also features air conditioning, heated floors on the main level and even an automatic back-up generator, should the power go out during your stay.
