We have Heat for the Winter and A/C for the Summer. A/C unit removed in Sept for the Winter season...The heat will be OFF when you arrive so plan on warm clothes since it can take a few hrs to warm up.
***This unit uses a shared bath house that is a walk away from the cabin during the Summer. NO showers during the Winter. There is NO toilet inside the cabin....Porta potty is for use in the Winter-- water Turned back on by approx March 31st You bring your own drinking and cleaning water in the Winter... NO water on-site- WATER WILL ONLY BE TURNED BACK ON IF FREEZING CONDITIONS ARE NOT FORECAST... THIS CAN BE AFTER APRIL 1ST...
We are pet friendly(with an addl $30 fee) and a non smoking unit. Pets can not be left alone in the cabin.
NO WiFi on the premises-maybe just talk to each other. Good 4G Cell service....
Loft sleeping is perfect with your own SKYLIGHT to enjoy the night sky as you drift off to peaceful slumber. The cabin is perfect for 2 and romantic in any season. Close to the Dells, Mirror Lake State Park, and Devil's Lake State Park. Hike our property of Oak, Pines, and Maple. There is Heat for Winter... a flush toilet/shower bldg a short walk away---- 2 night minimum (shared bathhouse and flush toilets will be shut down for the Winter starting end Oct. - no running water will be available and you will need to bring your own water-toilets in a porta potty a short walk/drive on the property in Winter-NO showers)-- 2 night minimum- 3 nights for Holidays Rates HIGHER for wknds/Holidays. The heat will be OFF when you arrive so plan on warm clothes since it can take a few hrs to warm up.
We have 3 other cabins on the property so you may and may see other people at times.
A $15/hour late check out fee applies

There are also SELF CLEANING units where you will need to clean it after your stay and NO cleaning fee will be charged. The cabin will be found only as clean as the guest before you leaves it. If it is not cleaned by you at the end of your stay a charge of up to $175 may be assessed. and TRASH removed and taken by YOU at the end of your stay.
Cancellations: Vacation properties are often booked many months in advance and the property will be held for your use. While the property is being held for you, it obviously cannot be rented to someone else. Therefore, like cruise, tour packages and airline tickets, when booking/reserving a vacation rental home, you will need to make a full or partial payment upfront in order to hold the property.
Normally this is not a problem, BUT if you need to cancel your trip (especially at the last minute), you should know that you may forfeit a portion or all of your rental fees.
Deposits or full payments made to lock in a reservation are NON-refundable
