*Last week of September just became available! Weekly rental price slashed to $800, available 9/20 - 9/28.* Located 5 miles west of Minocqua, this one bedroom cottage is fully furnished with everything you need for a vacation getaway in the pristine Northwoods of Wisconsin. New queen bed, well-equipped kitchen, full bath, TV/sound system, coffee maker, etc. Great view to the east overlooking a spring-fed 260 acre private lake with 2 islands and 5 miles of shoreline. Cabin is near the end of a dead-end road on a peninsula and sits at a slight elevation above the lake. There are approximately 20 steps to lake level. Very quiet area, great fishing, wonderful neighbors.
Rental includes 2 picnic tables, wood for the fire pit, grill w/charcoal, two kayaks, canoe and a vintage pontoon boat for experienced boaters (nothing fancy but comfortable and user-friendly, gas included.) There's coffee for the coffee maker and the tap well water is delicious. Internet access (not high speed.) All bedding and towels provided.
Numerous local restaurants, casino 15 miles away, abundant wildlife (resident eagles!) and lots of local activities. Double occupancy, small dogs negotiable. Individual nights available with a 3-night minimum.
