How long do you need my service....?
30 day minimum stay. Please contact us directly if you wish to rent less than 30 days. Cleaning cost $1,500/Tax $400 covers cleaning once per week for 4 weeks. If you would like additional services (Chef, Boat Captain, etc.), please contact host to discuss.
We only rent once during the winter season as this is the owners primary residence. Winter 2025/2026 is open for a 30 day max booking.
**Reservation open May 1st 2025 to October 15th 2026.
**We offer great discounts for weekly and monthly stays.
Note: 6/3-6/6 there could be workers installing a screen enclosure around the pool. Still waiting on a firm date
